To have their equipment calibrated and back on-line the same day reducing cost associated with having the equipment off-line.

Inhouse Calibration Terms and conditions:

All calibrations have a 30-day warranty from the date of service, unless the unit is found to have broken or removed cal-void seals, or has obvious physical damage. We warrant that all units meet or exceed the manufacturer�s published specifications that were valid on the original manufacture date of the unit at time of test only. Warranty is limited to recalibration of instrument only and specifically excludes any liability for injuries, lost time or damaged product. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to/from our facility. There is a $50 packaging charge for large units that are returned in a foamed box.

We reserve the right to not work on any equipment that we deem unsafe or damaged. All prices include cleaning, minor adjustments, calibration reports, recall service, and quality labels. All prices are for calibration without data unless otherwise specified.

There is a minimum order value of $50 for in-house calibration work. All quoted prices are good for 14 days from time of quote. Excalibur Engineering has Standard terms of Net 30. Any applicable discount or credits will be charged back if the payment is not received in full and per the specified terms. These conditions supersede and replace any prior conditions.

Onsite Calibration Terms and conditions:

In addition to the above, the following conditions apply.

A hard copy PO reflecting quoted pricing must be provided prior to scheduling onsite services.

Our technicians will arrive at your site on-time. We ask that you or your designated contact have the equipment ready for our team. If our team has to wait for their contact or to have access to the equipment, etc, we will bill at the following rates in 15 minute increments, for this time: $185/hr per Senior Electronic Technician, $150/hr per Technician, $90 per/hr per Junior technician.

If an on-site visit by our technician has special requirements regarding time or other limitations, additional fees may be assessed. Any equipment determined to be unique or requiring additional equipment and/or personnel may cause the calibration price to be revised. Any necessary repairs will be extra. Notification will be given before any repairs over $50 are performed. Easy access calibration adjustments are not subject to extra charge. All other adjustments and technician work are considered to be repair and will be billed accordingly.

There is a minimum order value of $500 for onsite calibrations. Cancellation of onsite to be 24 hours prior to scheduled time otherwise a missed fee of $250.00 per scheduled technician will be charged.
