"Purchase" Terms and conditions:

TRADE-IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The instrument must be owned free and clear by you, with no encumbrances of any sort by any third party. You will reimburse Excalibur for all expenses as regards this instrument if later it is found to be not owned by you free and clear.
2. The instrument must have a valid serial number.
3. The instrument must be fully operational and in calibratable condition. If the instrument must be sent out for calibration, then the transaction shall not be considered final until the third party laboratory has passed the instrument for all parameters.
4. The instrument must be in good physical condition, Excalibur, may, at its discretion, deduct from the total for excessive wear and tear.
5. The instrument is bought with a five day right of refusal from the time of RECEIPT. Excalibur may notify you via fax, email or verbally within the five days and the transaction shall be considered null and void.
6. There shall be no liability of any sort to you as regards use, suitability, warranty, options or any other implied or expressed warranty by you, after Excalibur has accepted the instrument.
7. All trade-in instruments are FOB Irvine, Ca. ONLY. We recommend that you insure instruments at your cost for the full trade-in value when shipping.
8. Excalibur assumes the instrument to have no accessories unless noted as options in the quote above.
9. Purchases made against credit memos are subject to a $100 processing fee, per transaction.
