"Sales" Terms and Conditions:

It is understood that the above unit(s) is/are pre-owned, and there is a warranty of one year except as stated above. The unit comes with power cord and operation manual only, unless accessories are a part of the basic unit. If a warranty period is requested beyond the above stated period, there will be a charge for the extended warranty. With all sales the buyer has the right of 10 days refusal. After 10 days the transaction is final. All quotations are good for 14 days. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to/from our facility. If buyer does not have a shipping account number, Excalibur has the option to execute "bill and add" shipping charges which will include shipping and handling charges. Due to customers having both unique and varying requirements for their testing needs, Excalibur Engineering is not able to guarantee that a requested model or option will meet your specifications.  Partial shipments are assumed by execution of purchase order.  We do guarantee that all products and options will meet or exceed the manufacturers published specifications that were valid on the original manufacture date of the unit.  Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of instrument only and specifically excludes any liability for injuries, lost time or damaged product. The above stated conditions supersede, amend, restate, and replace any prior conditions. If shipping is required, a $15.00 charge for packaging and handling will be added per unit shipped. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be governed by the Laws and torts of the state of California. Excalibur Engineering shall be indemnified for all reasonable attorney fees and expenses resulting from this transaction. If calibration void seals are found to be broken, tampered with, or removed, or if there is any physical damage upon receipt by us, the transaction shall be considered final, regardless of the 10 day right of refusal. Customer purchase order shall not supercede or preclude the terms and conditions herein set.

PAYMENT TERMS

Terms are NET 30 days from date of invoice subject to credit department approval. Customer may make payment by credit card. There will be a 3% surcharge when paying by credit card. Payments are delinquent 30 days from invoice and are subject to interest charges at 18% per annum but not exceeding the maximum lawful rate. Excalibur Engineering reserves the right to change the credit terms on further rentals at any time when in Excalibur Engineering's opinion, customers financial condition or previous payment record so warrants. Export payment terms are irrevocable letter of credit. All payments are to be in U.S. dollars. All applicable taxes will be added to the invoice and are payable by customer.
